Clotilde Sourisseau's Masterclass: the success story of a former Academy student

MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy had the honor of hosting Clotilde SOURISSEAU for an unforgettable masterclass!

Now recognized as Anna Wintour's makeup artist in France, Clotilde SOURISSEAU has had a brilliant career since her training as a student at the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy.

For five years now, Clotilde has shared her expertise and advice with Academy students during an annual masterclass. These special moments are a true source of motivation and inspiration for students, who benefit from the insightful perspective and valuable experience of the Makeup Artist.

AN INSPIRING AMBASSADOR

Clotilde SOURISSEAU joined the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy in 2007, as part of the initial long training program (FI), now called Professional Makeup Long Training. Her training allowed her to acquire solid technical skills and dive into the creative and demanding world of professional makeup. For her, the Academy was more than a school; it was a real springboard to excellence.

"My training at the MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy gave me a concrete vision of the makeup professions. I learned to work in a team, respect timings, and gained valuable field experience," she confides.

A RICH AND DIVERSE CAREER

After her training, Clotilde collaborated with MAKE UP FOR EVER, assisting Academy students and training teams in stores (sometimes even in Guadeloupe!). Her talent propelled her onto international stages, such as during the brand's seminar in Marrakech. Specializing in glam beauty makeup, she lends her expertise to the most prestigious brands, both in France and internationally. She has also collaborated with iconic figures: from artist Bilal Hassani to American politician Hillary Clinton, and iconic personalities like Jocelyne Wildenstein. Last but not least, she is now Anna Wintour's designated makeup artist in France!

In short, her success can be summed up in a few words: perseverance, passion, and rigor. Clotilde emphasizes the importance of determination and commitment in this demanding profession.
