The MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy receives the LVMH Excellence label

Within the LVMH group, the Métiers d’Excellence brings together a global community of men and women working in the fields of Creation, Craftsmanship, and Customer Experience.

Currently, over 200 professions are identified, contributing to LVMH's excellence and uniqueness, making it the luxury leader with the most diverse range of skills.

Through various initiatives, the Métiers d’Excellence LVMH aims to promote and sustain these often little-known professions to attract new generations and recruit top talents from anywhere. It also focuses on recognizing and developing existing talents throughout their careers in its Houses, particularly through demanding and innovative internal schools and training programs.

Create – Educate – Elevate, the Academy's motto, which trains over 1000 makeup artists each year, embodies the values of excellence and transmission upheld by the LVMH group for young generations and career changers.

The profession of Professional Makeup Artist thus joins over 200 professions identified by the Métiers d’Excellence.
