Training Beauty Professionals

For nearly 15 years, MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy has been training beauty professionals in the latest makeup techniques. Here’s an overview!

Founded in 2002 in Paris by Dany Sanz, MAKE UP FOR EVER Academy welcomes, trains, and develops the expertise of professionals and enthusiasts. Beauty professionals make up the majority of the students.

The long-term Professional Makeup Artist Master Programs attract 50% young beauty professionals (30% graduates from beauty schools and 20% young hairdressers) to create the new generation of makeup artists through four courses:

• 6 months Beauty/Fashion Makeup
• 9 months Beauty and Artistic, Event & Stage Makeup
• 9 months Beauty and Cinema & Prosthetics Makeup
• 12 months Beauty, Artistic, Event & Stage, and Cinema & Prosthetics Makeup

The intensive trainings attract similar profiles but these professionals are more experienced. Estheticians, hairdressers, or makeup artists take intensive courses to update or perfect their skills, such as the Beauty Makeup Training or the Beauty, Glam & Editorial Makeup Training.

They often want to learn more specific techniques like Bridal Makeup, Black Beauty Makeup, or our various Focus trainings: Perfect Complexion Focus, Eyeshadow Focus, Eyeliner Focus, or Mature Skin Focus to master a specific technique.
